As often as you like and can afford, weekly, monthly or longer – prevention is better than cure. So for maximum benefit booking a regular slot is recommended.
For Pain Relief
Leave at least 3 days between massages to allow muscle to recover. Weekly and fortnightly sessions are the best until the pain subsides.
For Relief of Knots
Weekly is advised for at least 4 weeks fully work out the knots and thereafter monthly sessions to prevent them from reoccurring.
